Marino what a view

On 30 March 2021, the Environment Protection Authority (EPA) invited residents in the Marino area to participate in a dust study. This study will be run over 12 months to determine whether the dust being experienced by the community exceeds national health guidance. A monitoring network has been designed in conjunction with local residents at the first community working group meeting, and real-time air quality and meteorological data is available from this site (see 'LIVE LINK' on the top right hand side of the page.

SA Health is partnering with the EPA to work with the community and assess the findings of the study from a health perspective. For further information and to speak with a member of the Marino Dust Study team, please contact:

  • Greetings Our home is actually in Clubhouse Road Seacliff Park , right next to, above Marino. Three houses from the golf course that sits in front of the quarry. Do we qualify to be part of the dust monitoring assessment. We certainly would like to be. Cheers William Adcock We have a terrible dust problem, more so than an average home.
